This care bear is called Hector. He lives in a care home for the elderly and looks after an old man who loves him very much.
He is a very soft and cuddly teddy bear, and jumped up to greet me with a big bear hug when I went to talk to the old gentleman.
He is pictured here in his room, by the window, where he can look out at the garden.

This time he is wearing a different Red Nose Day Monster Nose. This one is called "Chucklechomp".
Horace Big Bear was also telling me that noses run in our family, and we pick them ourselves!!!
